Shipment method Isla Ibiza Bonita

At Isla Ibiza Bonita we want to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you order in the Benelux on work days before 3 p.m. you will receive the package the next day. To all other countries we also send the package the same day, but it will arrive a few days later. This is different during holidays, then it can take a little longer. For more questions take a look if we answer your question below.

To which countries do we send? 

Isla Ibiza Bonita only ships to countries in Europe with the delivery service of PostNL. If you can’t choose a shipping method for your country, please contact our servicedesk: webshop@islaibizabonita.nl.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipment in the Benelux and Germany are free. For all shipments outside the Benelux you have to pay shipping costs. The shipping costs depend per country and starts at €7,95.

Which delivery options do you have?
For every country we use a standard delivery. But for shipments in The Netherlands you have the opportunity to choose between different delivery options. For example, by check out you can choose for different delivery days and times. For some postal codes it’s even possible to choose for evening delivery (€2,-). Beside that you can also choose for the option to pick up your package at a delivery point of PostNL.

How can I follow my purchase?
When PostNL has picked up your order, you get an e-mail with the track & trace code and link. With this code you can follow your package.

Can I change my address after placing an order?
At Isla Ibiza Bonita we try to pack and send your order as soon as possible. It’s possible to change the address after placing an order, as long as it isn’t delivered at PostNL. You can e-mail any address changes to webshop@islaibizabonita.nl. Always attach your order number in the e-mail.

Return process at Isla Ibiza Bonita

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Send the items within 30 days, after delivery, back to us with the attached return form. The items must be returned in original state.

How can I return my order?

At every order you will get a return form which explains how you can return your purchase. This is easy:

1.       Fill in the return form.
2.       Pack the articles in the original packing material or another box/envelope.
3.       Go to a delivery point and send the package with return form to:

We will process your return as soon as possible. The purchase amount will refunded within 5 work days after the return has been received.

Note: you are responsible for your return until it’s delivered at Isla Ibiza Bonita. So it’s important to save your shipping receipt with track & trace code. With this code you can track every location of your package.

 

Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately you can’t exchange the items. If you want to have a different size or color, you have to place a new order.

Are the return costs for free?

No, the shipping costs of your return are on you. We don’t refund the return costs. It’s only possible to return for free if you bring the items to our shop in Voorburg.
